The MT416 is intended for measuring and monitoring single-phase voltages and frequencies. The voltage input is electrically isolated from the system by the use of a voltage transformer. The fast sampling of voltage signals determines the RMS value and enables the detection of fast transients. A built-in microcontroller system calculates the measured values (voltage, frequency, THD) from the measured signals. The measured values can then be converted into a load-independent DC current or voltage, which are proportional to the input variable and can be used for control purposes with analog and/or digital devices. The MT416 programmable voltage transducer is used for continuous monitoring of single-phase voltages and frequencies. The MT416 is normally programmed according to the customer's requirements. However, the end customer can also do this himself using the MiQen setting software. Serial data transmission is possible via an RS232 or an RS485 interface up to a maximum transmission speed of 115200 baud. The integrated USB 2.0 interface can be used for fast setting. After installation of the MT 416, the USB interface is no longer accessible.
